僕が知る限りコンシューマ向けソフトウェアの世界では、こんな慣行、前例がないよ。法人ソフトの世界ではきっと普通に行われてることなんだろうけど、法人の契約書は企業の法務が交渉した上で違反・解約条項も織り込んで、昔ながらにインクとペンで署名を取り交わしてまとめるんだから、これとは違う。使うだけで同意したものとみなす…あー因みにファイルフォーマットにも権利行使させてもらいますよって？　こんなの聞いたことないぞ、僕の経験では。"
